QuitlineNC provides the coaching and support that can help you quit. They can send you materials in the mail and offer other tools to help you get started on your tobacco-free life. Quit Coaches have experience working with teens and know how to help you quit.
Aspire is an interactive smoking prevention and cessation program for teens that takes to you various parts of the program based on where you are with your tobacco use.
Smokefree TXT is a free mobile service designed for teens across the US. It provides 24/7 advise, encouragement and tips to help teens stop smoking for good.
